As a Founding Member, you will have priority access to bring guests with you to Mansion Yacht House. However, given our commitment to maintaining an intimate and exclusive environment, we ask that you limit guest access to ensure all members enjoy the best possible experience. Special passes may be available for larger events, but your guest experience will always be handled with the same level of care and attention that defines M.Y. House.
Becoming a Founding Member is simple. To secure your spot, we require an initial deposit of $1,500. The remaining balance of $2,300 is split into two payments of $1,150 each, due in December and January. Once you’ve confirmed your membership, you’ll be part of an exclusive family of just 200 Founding Members, locking in lifetime benefits and ensuring you’re among the first to experience all that Mansion Yacht House has to offer.
As a Founding Member, your fee is locked in for life, ensuring you enjoy exclusive benefits without worrying about price increases.
After the Founding Member spots are filled, the Total Annual Fee will be $6,900
